Elements Bodyworks has a strict cancellation policy. You must give 24 hours notice for cancellations/reshedule’s valid all opening hours.

Direct reply to reminder txt/emails are not included.

A fee under 24 hours notice by credit card or void full voucher or upon your next booking. This is mandatory for the respect of staff & clients.

During Covid (when applicable) we request you abide by the rules and regulations we must follow, these include wearing a mask, scanning in & using sanitizer. We thank you for your kindness in following requests.
